I have been a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance since 2016. I also have specialized training in trauma-informed yoga. I’ve taught several styles, including gentle, restorative, power, heated, and traditional Hatha. My personal yoga journey began in 1997, after taking an elective yoga class at Ball State University (Indiana). I love to help people discover yoga and deepen their practice. Personal and Group remote sessions are available via Zoom.
